Bangalore’s street food scene in the past decade has truly blossomed. Chances are you might have already binged in the famous ones like VV Puram, Fraser town or Koramangala , so bringing to you a hidden treasure right behind the Rajajinagar metro station- a food street with a plethora of options for the foodie in you. What makes the handful of stalls unique is that they serve culinary offerings from across India. From pav bhaji to momos, soup, dosas , bhajjis and of course the famous Bengaluru chats.

The momo bhaiyya serves ragi momos for all you health freaks and a complimentary cup of soup. Engage in a friendly conversation on any topic, from his lovely daughters to feminism and he won’t disappoint. 

The chat stalls here have a line of loyal customers waiting to be served with the spicy pani puri, masala puri and bhel puri. 

The lane is bustling by 5-6pm with 99 varieties of dosas, Bhajjis or fritters, corn, gobi manchurian and more. 

The Pav bhaji stall is always crowded as customers are charmed by the owner’s welcoming smile and mouth-watering food. She’s not the one to shy away from a conversation,she’ll tell you all about her job as a chef in Mumbai. The misal pav, pav bhai and vada pav capture the perfect essence of Mumbai. So all you Mumbaikars come take a whiff of Aamchi Mumbai and let the nostalgia make you a little more home sick.

Give your palate a cleanse after all the savoury snacks and head on to the dessert stall - choose from the rich faluda to Badam milk and kulfis.
